Telematics Box Module (TBM) Over The Air Software Update to 4.36 Customers may experience one or more of the following: ? Uconnect pop up box error or requires service message. ? Losing WiFi Hotspot streaming connection: internet data is not reliable. ? LED blinking on overhead console after ignition cycle. ? User is unable to setup the Charge schedule/Climate schedule events in Uconnect App (TBM is sending failure message). This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The TBM software will be updated from (WD - 4.27i.) and (RU - 4.29d) to 4.36.
