SOME VEHICLES HAVE AN INTERNAL COMPONENT IN THE 2ND AND 3RD ROW OUTBOARD SEAT BELT RETRACTOR THAT MAY BE CRACKED, WITH REPEATED ACTUATION OF THE LOCKING MECHANISM, THE CRACK COULD PROPAGATE TO THE POINT WHERE THE SEAT BELT WOULD NO LONGER LOCK. *SLC
