RUBBER VALVE STEM ON TIRES/RIM. STEM BLOWOUT DAYS AFTER INSPECTION. BLOWOUT GIVE NO WARNING. TIRES DEFLATS INSTINTLY, SHOULD BE REPLACE WITH STEEL STEM.
