Consumer Description
POWER LOCKS WOULD LOCK INTERMITTENTLY, DEALER NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT AFTER STARTING VEHICLE HE SHOULD WAIT UNTIL THE SYSTEM HAS COMPLETED BEFORE SHIFTING INTO DRIVE. THIS WOULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM. CONSUMER WANTED TO KNOW WHY SHOULD ONE HAVE TO WAIT? *AK CONSUMER WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT IS THE WAY SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED. *YD
