VEHICLE WAS GOING 10-12MPH AND WHEN PULLING INTO HOME DRIVEWAY BOLT FROM CALIPER ASSEMBLY DROPPED OUT. THIS CAUSED ALUMINUM WHEEL TO EXPLODE. DEALER WAS CONCERNED REGARDING THIS INCIDENT.*AK
