98 V 150 001/WINDSHIELD WIPER WIRING: WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK INTERMITTENTLY. WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE DRIVER HAS TO GET OUT OF VEHICLE TO PULL ON WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM TO GET IT TO OPERATE. DEALER/MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER RECALL DUE TO VIN. *AK *YH
