PE00 048; WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 65MPH AND HEARD A NOISE. WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO T SHOULDERS OF THE HIGHWAY AND NOTICED THAT THAT LEFT REAR TIRE TREAD SEPARATED FROM VEHICLE. IT WAS SECOND INCIDENT AFFECTING LEFT FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE. GOODYEAR, CONQUEST, 205 75 R14. GOODYEAR WAS AWARE OF PROBLEM.*AK
