Consumer Description

CONSUMER WAS GOING AROUND A CURVE ABOUT 40-45MPH AND HIT A PATCH OF GRAVEL. CONSUMER HYDROPLANED INTO A DITCH, AND DRIVER SIDE AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY. CONSUMER HAD SEVERE NECK/SHOULDER INJURIES. DEALER WAS WAITING TO HEAR FROM INSURANCE COMPANY. DEALER STATED THE AIRBAG DID EVERYTHING IT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO, NOT DEPLOY. DEALER FELT IT WAS UP TO INSURANCE TO SAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPLOY. *AK THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG DID EXPERIENCE DEPLOYMENT, INSURANCE COMPANY HAS DECIDED OTHER AIRBAG SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED, CONSUMER STATES USAA INSURANCE COMPANY, SKIP HOLLIDAY, HAS INFORMATION REGARDING REPORTS. *SLC
