CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL 00V349000 IN MAIL. SHE TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP THAT INFORMED HER THAT VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL. AFTERWARDS, SHE CALLED MANUFACTURER WHO ASSURED HER THAT BASED ON HER VIN, VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN RECALL. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/ATTACHMENTS.*AK
