CONSUMER'S VEHICLE BARELY HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE AND TAILGATE CAVED IN, AND WINDOW SHATTERED. TIRE AND AREA WAS NOT AFFECTED. EVERYWHERE CONSUMER HAS BEEN CALLING TO REPLACE TAILGATE. DEALER KNEW IT WAS A COMMON PROBLEM, BUT NO RECALL HAS BEEN ISSUED. *AK
