WHILE DRIVING AFTER HAVING STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT LESS THAN 5 MPH WHEN CONSUMER HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM RIGHT FRONT TIRE. FORD, RANGER ,1999, P-225/70R15. *AK CONSUMER STATES ONE SIDE OT TIRE CAME COMPLETELY OFF OF RIM, THE RIM BECAME BENT.(DOT W2UU1P0119) FIRESTONE WILDERNESS HT CONSUMER HAD TIRE REPLACED BY FIRESTONE AND THEY KEPT THE TIRE. *JB
