WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH ON I-95 RIGHT REAR WHEEL AND AXLE FLEW OF CAR, THEN, CONSUMER HAD NO BRAKES, AND MANAGED TO GET TO SIDE OF ROAD. CONSUMER FELT VERY LUCKY HE WAS NOT KILLED. *AK
