CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 65MPH ON HIGHWAY AND HEARD A NOISE. HE WAS ABLE TO PULL VEHICLE TO THE SHOULDER. LEFT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE REAR SIDEWALL COMPLETLY GONE. THERE WAS NO INJURIES.
