CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 25MPH ON A RAMP. APPLIED BRAKES AND THE ABS BRAKING SYSTEM DIDN'T WORK, AND PEDAL DIDN'T GO DOWN TO THE FLOOR. HE HIT VEHICLE IN FRONT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.*AK
