A WHEEL CAME OFF VEHICLE WHEN BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY. DEALER TESTED THE TIRES & WHEELS AND FOUND NO FAULT. CONSUMER WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWER. THEY REMOUNTED THE TIRE BACK ON VEHICLE.*AK
