WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH RIGHT WHEEL COMPLETELY CAME OFF DUE TO A MISSING COTTER PIN THAT LOCKED THE SPINDLE IN PLACE. DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED. WHEELS HAD BEVER BEEN OF VEHICLE SINCE PURCHASED NEW, NOR BEEN ROTATED. *AK *ML
