CONSUMER REPORTED A DEFECTIVE MASTER CYLINDER. IN 1996 DEALER REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER. HOWEVER, ON 12 AUG 1999, PROBLEM WITH MASTER CYLINDER REOCCURRED, AND NEEDED ANOTHER REPLACEMENT. CAN NHTSA LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SEE IF THIS CONCERN DEFECTED PARTS. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
