SHOULDER BELT IN THE VEHICLE'S THIRD ROW OF SEATS WAS SO TIGHT THAT IT WAS CHOKING THE CHILD. THE CHILD HAD TO BE CUT OUT OFF THE SEATBELTS. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN. *AK
