CONSUMER SAYS THIS IS THE THIRD SET OF BRAKES ON THIS VEHICLE. THE BRAKE ROTORS RUSTED, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING POWER . THE ORIGINAL BRAKES WERE REPLACED AT APPROX. 70,OOO MILES IN 91-OR-92, AND AGAIN IN JULY OF 97, THEN THE LAST TIME WAS FEB. 24, 98. *AK
