CONSUMER CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE. ALSO STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE THE VEHICLE LOST TOTAL POWER AND HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER. DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THERE WAS A PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE WAS A PROCESSOR. PH
