WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT, THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATES INTERMITTENTLY. VEHICLE WAS SERVICED. TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK CONSUMER STATES THE FAILED PART WAS PART OF RECALL, CONSUMER IS CONCERNED THAT THIS PART MAY LOCK UP AND CAUSE A WRECK. *JB
