Consumer Description

VEHICLE WAS MAKING A SQUEALING NOISE. WHEN TURNING VEHICLE NOISE WOULD GET LOUDER. CONTACTED DEALER,AND DEALER STATED IT WAS UPPER CONTROL ARM. CONTACTED FORD, AND FORD DECIDED TO LEAVE IT AS AN OPEN CASE.*AK THE BALL JOINT AND UPPER CONTROL ARM ON THE DRIVER SIDE IS WHAT FAILED. *JB
