THIRD DOOR LATCH LEVER FAILED. DOOR CAN NOT BE OPENED. THIS IS A SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD AS ANY PASSENGERS IN THE REAR OF THE EXTENDED CAB COULD NOT GET OUT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. DT
