Consumer Description
AIR BAG LIGHT IS ON, THE HORN DOES NOT WORK AND THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE. THERE ARE CHRYSLER SERVICE BULLETINS ON THE CLOCK SPRING WIRING HARNESS BUT NO RECALL. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD (NO HORN, NO AIRBAG) AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY A RECALL.
