Consumer Description

HEADLIGHTS AND DASHBOARD LIGHTS FLICKER WHEN BREAK AND CLUTCH ARE APPLIED. THEY ALSO FLICKER WHEN JUST NORMAL DRIVING. THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO EFFECT ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS (RADIO, HEAT, WINDOWS ETC.). IT IS QUITE ANNOYING. I HAVE HAD THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER 2 TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM AND IT WON'T REPEAT FOR THEM. AT THE LAST VISIT THEY HAD THE CAR SEVERAL DAYS AND IT WOULDN'T REPEAT. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THIS ON AN ONCOMING SATURN. *AK
