Consumer Description
THE THREADED SCREWS THAT THE LUGNUTS SCREW ONTO SNAPPED IN HALF AND CAR WAS INSPECTED BY FORD DEALERSHIP MECHANIC AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS PROBLEM BEING A DEFECT IN WORKMANSHIP. ALSO, THEY WON'T HONOR A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER EXPERT MECHANIC. IN ADDITION, I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT FOR $1400 WHICH IS EFFECT UNTIL 100,000 MILES. I NEED SOMEONES HELP WITH THIS MATTER. *AK
