DURING AN IDLE SITUATION, (AT REST OR IN MOTION), A HIGH PITCHED, INTERMITENT, WHISTLING SOUND IS EMINATING FROM THE LEFT SIDE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THIS CORRESPONDS IN OCCURRENCE FREQUENCY TO A VARIATION IN INTERIOR/EXTERIOR LIGHT INTENSITY (FLICKERING). ONCE MOVING (ENGINE NOT IDLING), NOISE & LIGHT INTENSITY VARIATION GOES AWAY.*AK
