Consumer Description

DOOR LOCK ON RIGHT HAND SLIDER IS INPOERATIVE. VAN HAS BEEN TO DEALER 6 TIMES TO REPAIR, CHEVROLET CONTACTED, NO RESOLUTION. DEALER IS WAITING TO GET A LOANER CAR TO PROCEED WITH DIAGNOSTICS. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM GM ON ISSUES. ON A PREVIOUS REPORT REGARDING THE ROLLING OF THE VEHICLE, IT HAS NOW BACKED INTO A ROCK, NO INJURIES, BUT GM DOESN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ANY PROBLEMS WITH TRANSMISSION.
