Consumer Description

DEFECT #1: BRAKES STICK CLOSED AT RANDOM TIMES. SEEMS RELATED TO ENGINE RPM AND TO DECELERATION. DEFECT #2: DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT & HARNESS WILL NOT EXTEND AT RANDOM INTERVALS. INERTIA REEL APPEARS TO LOCK SEVERAL TIMES AS THE BELT IS DEPLOYED.
