Consumer Description

THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS AFFECTED BY THE USE OF THE BLINKERS WHEN THE CAR IS COLD. THE ENGINE WILL NOT START UNTIL THE FOURTH ATTEMPT AT LEAST ONCE MONTHLY.
