Consumer Description
WE REPLACED THE FIRESTONE TIRES BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE RIDING ON THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT RECALLED..AFTER REPLACING THE TIRES, THE GOODYEAR SERVICE MANAGER NOTICED THE TREAD SEPARATING FROM THE TIRES AND BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION..I TOOK THE TIRES TO A FIRESTONE DEALER AND WAS TOLD BY THE MGR. HE COULD DO NOTHING. HAVE CALLED FIRESTONE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY..WE HOPE THE RECALL IS EXTENDED BCAUSE THERE A MUCH BROADER PROBLEM THAN THEY ARE STATING..THANK YOU, RICHARD POWELL( DOT NUMBER: 8XHL TIRE SIZE: P235/R15 )
