Consumer Description
THE HORN IS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE. IT MUST BE HIT HARD AT EXACTLY THE RIGHT SPOT TO FUNCTION. WHEN IN A PANIC (I.E. WHEN HORN USE IS NECESSARY) IT IS UNLIKELY THAT ONE CAN HIT THE RIGHT SPOT. IN VERY COLD WEATHER (BELOW FREEZING) THE HORN DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
