Consumer Description

THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS COME ON BY THEMSELVES AND TO CUT THEM OFF I HAD TO PUT THEM ON LEVEL 4 OF THE DELAY SWITCH. IT ALSO WILL NOT WORK WHEN I WANT IT TO OR I HAVE TO WIGGLE THE SWITCH TO GET IT TO WORK.
