CHILD RESTRAINT BELTS IN REAR DID NOT RESTRAIN CHILDREN, FRONT PASSENGER BELT DOES NOT LOCK ALL THE TIME, RESULTING IN INJUSY TO CHILDREN AND PASSENGER IN AN ACCIDENT THAT WAS DUE TO THE ABS BRAKES
