Consumer Description
THE WINSHIELD WIPERS WILL COME ON INTERMITTENTLY EVEN WHEN OFF. ALSO, THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED (I HAVE A WITNESS), THE WASHER WAS ALSO CONTINOUSLY SPRAYING FLUID EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS OFF.
