SPARE TIRE CARRIER MALFUNCTIONED AND TIRE CAME OFF FROM UNDER TRUCK AT 55 MPH AND NEARLY CAUSED ACCIDENT. WINDSHIELD WIPERS DO NOT WORK SOMETIMES. ANTILOCK BRAKES LOCK UP, ESPECIALLY WHEN ROAD SURFACE IS WET.
