Consumer Description
WHILE THE CONSUMER WAS BACKING THE VEHICLE DOWN THE DRIVEWAY, THE ENGINE STALLED AND DUE TO THE INCREASED ABILITY TO STEER OR BRAKE, THE VEHICLE ROLLED INTO THE KINGPIN OF THE FIFTH WHEEL AND DAMAGED THE UPPER LEFT REAR FENDER. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT OR REFUND. *YH *SCC
