Consumer Description
WHEN TURNING INTO A SHOPPING CENTER, AND WITHOUT WARNING, THE STEERING BOUND UP AND A LOSS OF POWER ALMOST CAUSED CONSUMER TO ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE, THERE WAS A VERY HEAVY VIBRATION AND POUNDING COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WAS ERRACTIC AND A LOUD GRINDING NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER.*JB *DT
