WHEN CONSUMERS VEHICLE HAS BEEN SITTING IN EXTREME COLD WEATHER THE HORN DOES NOT WORK. WHEN THE VEHICLE'S INTERIOR HAS WARMED, THE HORN CAN BE MADE TO WORK. CONSUMER FEELS THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD CONSIDERING THE HORN SHOULD WORK IN ALL TEMPERATURES. *JG
