CONSUMER BELIEVES VEHICLE IS NOT NEW BECAUSE THE WINDOW GLASSES ARE ETCHED. THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE SLUGGISH UPON USE AND LEFT WIPER WAS VERY NOISY WHICH LEFT STREAKS ON THE WINDSHIELD. *TT
