Consumer Description

WHEN THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE FOR FORD RECALL THE SERVICE PERSON POINTED OUT AN 8-9 INCHES SPLIT IN THE OUTSIDE TREAD AREA OF THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THE TIRE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND DEFECTIVE, CONSUMER IS REQUESTING REIMBURSMENT. (GENERAL TIRES AMRI GS60 P215/70R15). *YH
