Consumer Description

CONSUMER STATED SHE HAD PROBLEMS KEEPING AIR IN TIRES, UNTIL FINALLY ONE DAY WHILE DRIVING THERE WAS A SLIGHT THUMPING NOISE, VEHICLE WAS TAKEN INTO DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE TIRES CHECKED AND THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW, THE TIRES WERE THEN ROTATED AND BALANCED, CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIRES WERE VERY WORN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
