PRIOR TO RECALL NOTIFICATION, CONSUMER EXPERIENCED POPPING AND CLICKING SOUNDS FROM THE SPEAKERS, THEREFORE THE AUDIO SYSTEM HAS BEEN UNUSABLE SINCE JANUARY 2001, CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED THAT THIS REGION WOULD NOT RECEIVE REPLACEMENT PARTS UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR, AND SHE WOULD BE CONTACTED WHEN THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE.*YH
