CONSUMER PURCHASED VEHICLE THAT WERE EQUIPPED WITH THE RECALLED FIRESTONE TIRES, CONSUMER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE RECALL, WHEN INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED AT THE DEALERSHIP TO DETERMINE IF THEY WERE INCLUDED THEY WERE FOUND TO BE THE DEFECTIVE TIRES, NO REMEDY WAS OFFERED BY THE DEALERSHIP, CONSUMER REQUESTING NEW TIRES. *MJS
