PASSENGER KNEELING ON FRONT PASSENGER SEAT FACING BACKWARDS, PASSENGER SLIPPED OFF THE SEAT AND HIT BY DEFECTIVE RAIL ON WHICH THE SEAT MOVES FORWARD. THE RAIL IS DANGEROUS THERE SHOULD BE A COVERING OVER THE CUT OFF METAL. YH
