CONSUMER DRIVING DOWN HIGHWAY WHEN SLOWED NOISE CAME FROM FRONT OF CAR AND THEN TOTALLY STOPPED RUNNING,HAD CAR TOWED.UPON INVESTIGATION CONSUMER FOUND THAT THE BOLTS THAT HOLDS THE TENSIONER IN PLACE WERE SHEARED OFF,TENSIONER MISSING. *ET
