ENGINE #3 LEAKING OIL FROM LEFT SIDE CAUSING SMOKING AS IT BURNS ON EXHAUST MANIFOLD CAUSING FUMES TO ENTER THE VEHICLE RESULTING IN THE CONSUMER FEELING DIZZY, LIGHTHEADED AND DEVELOP A SEVERE HEADACHE. NLM
