Consumer Description

The horn in our 2025 Hyundai Tucson failed. We took the vehicle to two separate dealerships to get replaced, but were told the horns were out of stock with no ETA for parts. I followed up multiple times over several months with both dealerships, but got nowhere. This is a huge safety issue. How can Hyundai not correct this issue?
