The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH, the steering wheel seized. The vehicle had lost power steering functionality. The contact was forced to pull over to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and repaired without the owner’s consent. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
