Consumer Description

My 2020 BMW X3 (VIN: [XXX] ) is subject to NHTSA Recall 25V636 (urgent fire risk when parked). The remedy is not yet available for my VIN, and my dealer has only given verbal assurances with no written confirmation of repair availability. I am unable to safely park the vehicle per recall instructions. I request NHTSA assistance to ensure BMW provides a loaner, rental, or other mitigation until the recall repair can be completed.
